Evelyn Marie was born December 22, 2008 at 5:30pm. She was 7lbs 8 oz and 21" long. She has lots of strawberry blond hair, a cute pixie chin and big blue eyes!! We are so excited that she is finally here! It makes up for all the weeks of waiting and the four days of being induced! Her birth story will be a great one to tell later in life!
We came home on Christmas Eve and spent the next few days attending holiday get togethers, letting family and friends meet her. This week we finally have time to rest and recover as mommy gains more strength every day. Daddy has found that cuddling with Evey late at night is one of his favorite moments... and it lets mommy get lots of sleep!
